The time is ticking!

This August, Zagreb becomes the European center of gymnastics. Over 10 days, four major competitions will be held in one place, and for the first time in history, a prize pool will be offered to gymnasts and their coaches. In addition to the competition, a scientific and professional conference will be held that will bring together the academic community and sports cases, creating a unique synergy of sports, science, and education.

Arena Zagreb is directly connected to the city center by the following public transport lines:

By tram – lines 7 and 14 to the traffic circle in Novi Zagreb, then a 10-minute walk to the Arena Zagreb.
By bus – line 234, which departs from Central Train Station and runs every 25 minutes

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCE “SMARTER GYMNASTICS”

August 21-23, 2026, Zagreb, Croatia

The Smarter Gymnastics – Scientific and Professional Conference is organized by the Croatian Gymnastics Federation in cooperation with the University of Zagreb Faculty of Kinesiology, within the framework of the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships Zagreb 2026.

Conference goals:

To connect scientists, coaches, practitioners, and institutions in the field of gymnastics, fostering collaboration and the exchange of knowledge between science and practice, and to establish international partnerships.
